Nice tutorial!

you are the best!
Cheers, hope you found it useful!
I’m having a hard time making the fabric kinda settle in between each stair like you did in your final render .. the object lays flat on the staircase. What can I do to fix that?
I actually cheated a bit and used a morph tag on top - take a look at the project file
How did you paint each frame cube to black?
there is no black paint in his video
Not sure what you mean
Thank you

Damm !! This is so cool, I was working on a project few weeks ago.. I did using inheritance modifier but it works only for 3-4 rotation
Nice, I tried loads of options but this worked best
dont use amd!!!
Yeah I wouldnt recommend it
siuper badass
Cheers maaxrenn!
How is this "object morphing" if you're turning them into spheres only? click bait
Its still an interesting technique people might find useful. If you want a more elaborate morph try this one: ua-cam.com/video/qkQJAtLjBag/v-deo.html
Got to the end and do not have 'OpenSubdiv Biliniear' 3:49 - check you have it in your C4D version before hand
Hey guys. I got a problem in cinema 4d. My finals renders are always blurry. And I can’t find out why. If you have ever had similar problem?
Output resolution too low? Are you using bokeh effects in Redshift? Could be lots of things
I had an idea to animate a paper crane folding, but didn't exactly know how I would execute that. This is a great method! I did know that having so many bend deformers would work so well. Initially, I considered making the folds by cutting a plane with the Line Cut tool then animating the vertices.
There's a few ways to do this, but I thought this was the easiest option
As a person who owns Macs and PCs....Macs are a HORRIBLE choice for anything other than to look at. Not upgradable, overpriced. Under performer. All in all and expensive 1 time use piece of junk. PC all the way. Ill never ever buy another Mac.
I'm 100% with you on that!
or, just go under create > redshift materials > utilities > redshift noise volume. done.
👍
The i5-12400f + rtx 3060 12gb ,would be a good choice to run the cinem4d/ae program ? Also wanted to ask how many percent the 3060ti 8gb 256 bus width beats the 3060 12gb 192 bus width
you can get by with an i5 but I'd recommend at least an i7
СПАСИБО!

This doesn't seem to work at all with the new dynamics stuff in the later versions. The connectors just turn red when I press play and nothing moves. Any suggestions? Thanks.
If you make the bars, the string and the balls seperate rigid bodies you can connect them with the connector and it should actually work better (and faster)
谢谢~

how make this, but without background? thanks
Use screen blending mode
HOW TO EXPORT ONLY THE TEXT OUT WITHOUT THE BEHIND BACKGROUND?
render it on black and comp it over something else with blending modes
I'm loving this low secs render greed tutorial 😂 thanks!

thank you somuch !

Octane is good but 3rd party render engine always rely on gpu memory as result we need more gpu memory like rtx 4090 or quadro just to have total freedom rendering large vfx scene.
Worth it if you do a lot of rendering
Great Tutorial!

Great tutorial! I was wondering if such effect should be achievable even with other render engines such Corona (which I'm currently using).
I've never used Corona but Id say you can, looks like it can use vertex maps: forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=20672.0
disculpe no hay la parte 2?
nope this is it
I have a problem recording my sale as the recording points are blocked
huh?
Very simple and useful technique, love it!
Cheers, it's a simple hack that does the job;)
Very cool, but I do not have a redshift mixer. Is it possible to explain the basic rendering of the Cinema 4d
Cinema 4D actually comes with Redshift you just have to activate it in render settings, not much point using the old standard renderer anymore.
@@CGShortcuts I do not have an official subscription and I cannot pay a subscription for the program. I download a free copy
Totally fake. The jets at the bottom are covered and only the top of the ball would get painted. 0/10
nerd:)
True, but you could probably get away with it for a quick shot.
thank you somuch !

There is no tutorial about speaking, mouth, lips and tongue with C4D.... Can you imagine ? zero tutorial
This app doesnt capture that data, you'd need a different setup or to do it by hand
I have 13th Gen Intel i9-13900K, 64gb ram and a 4090 and i cant open the project file for some reason. Crashes instantly
Weird, Maybe try updating your drivers and C4D?
How about macbook pro M3 max?
Should be fine, but a desktop PC is a much better option for 3D work
Can't find the tutorial. Where is it?

is there any shot at this one getting a 2024 update? Maxon changed so many things around I'm finding it impossible to follow along.
A lot of the menus have changed but you can use SHIFT + C to find any command easily - you can also download the project file which still works fine
hi! that was great, thanks. Is it possible to do this with snowfall? like snowfall coming down and it turns to a pavement?
This works best with 2 clean single mesh models, but you can always give it a try
simple but still pretty cool thank you so much

Most of the tutorials at the moment are Redshift, which is not very friendly to octane users, and I hope to consider the ideas of some of our users, I am also a member
Redshift and Octane are super similar so learning one means you should be able to use the other easy enough. We'd love to cover all renderers but as a small team we just don't have the capacity, so for now we're concentrating on Redshift as it's the most popular renderer for Cinema 4D and is even developed by Maxon. But we still have a load of Octane stuff on our site;)
When I go to simulate (7:14min), I only have emitters. I can't find rotation, destruction, friction etc.... Why don't they appear to me? How do I get them? Please help me.
In the latest version of Cinema 4D gp to SIMULATE / FORCES or hit SHIFT + C and type any command you're looking for
It looks good until I try and render it... Do you know what could be the problem? It does not show the effect at all
try the project file to see where you went wrong
Amazing! How can i save this text with transparent background?
that wont really work, you'll need to use blending modes to layer it over something else
